Optimized homepage for faster load times by replacing full-width image carousels with compact, Lottie-enabled designs, and implemented modern tag bubbles underneath. Leveraged WebP and SVG for efficiency, reducing page speed by 3% into the acceptable range.Supervised the design and execution of this brand portal. We streamlined the X2Power brand shop with a modern design and a sticky custom submenu that replaces the main site nav on scroll. This focused navigation enhances the shopping experience by eliminating confusion and spotlighting the brand.Developed an expanded Goal Zero brand shop that seamlessly blends Batteries Plus style with Goal Zero branding. Batteries Plus Logo Revamp: A bold transformation impacting over 750 franchise stores, designed for seamless adoption over time. Colors were intensified for a more powerful presence, while the shift to primarily black or white ensured maximum readability—especially on illuminated signage at night. The result was a refreshed identity that balanced impact with practicality.Building Signage Design: Created building signage with the white logo for maximum visibility, ensuring consistency and clarity. Collaborated with vendors to develop variations tailored to meet diverse city regulations across the country, balancing brand standards with local compliance.Monument Sign Design: Developed monument signs that align seamlessly with the building signage, maintaining brand consistency. Adapted designs to meet local regulations while ensuring maximum visibility and impact.Brand Personality & Style Tile: Created a style tile to define the refreshed brand personality and aesthetic, embracing a bold, fresh approach I termed "geometric minimalism." The brand exudes friendliness, simplicity, energy, and helpfulness, featuring imagery of happy people to reflect how we empower lives. Part of the legacy brand mark, Neds Head, was carried forward as a helpful assistant across print and digital platforms.
